What does it mean to detox?

On the most simplistic level, detoxing means that the rate at which toxins are coming into your body is slower than the rate you are getting rid of them.

What? I have toxins going into my body even though I have been eating “clean” for years?  

The answer is yes, unfortunately. We all do. It doesn’t matter how “clean” you eat. Many of the organic products on the shelf are actually suspect for high-offender toxins. Toxins also come in from the environment via water and the air. Each person’s body handles these toxic loads differently, so it’s important to understand why others who may have had the same exposures and eat the same (siblings for instance), are not sick.

What's my next step?

The detoxification program will assist with individualized nutrition knowledge, skills, tools and exploration of your needs, as well as behavioral strategies to reach your desired health goal; feeling better! I meet people where they are in this journey, but understand that if needed, I will be very direct in my explanation of what needs to happen for you to be the most successful at accomplishing your goals.

How long will this take? 

While there isn’t a definite length of treatment, because it takes years to truly detox, the detoxification program is set up to last 5-6 months. A Neurotoxic Assessment will need to be filled out and sent 3 days prior to our initial consultation. A Meta Oxy Test needs to also be completed. This is the urine test for cellular inflammation and takes only 3 minutes to complete and is done in the comfort of your own home. The next five months are then spent walking you through the best practices for detoxification. You will then be set up to continue for as long as you need. Please remember to truly detox it takes years not months.

What's included in the Detox package?

  • 5 month supply of Core Supplements – this does not include additional detox protocol supplements. Please see below. These start the 3 phase, 5 month long process.

  • Lifetime access to the Client portal and resource library that is constantly being updated.

  • Six 45 minute, serial, monthly visits and six 15 minute monthly calls in between to keep the momentum going.

  • Online store (to order your own supplements even after the 5 months is over.

  • Access to a private Facebook Group where you can ask questions and chat with others who are in the program

  • Discount on optional additional visits after the completion of the six visits included in the program.

What's NOT included in the Detox package?

  • Supplements separate from the Core Products- there is a separate charge for other protocols like parasites, Lyme, mold, etc. It is impossible to know what you will need prior to starting the process and therefore cannot be included in the cost.

  • Lab work. In order to keep costs low, lab work already done can be reviewed and used for objective measures but sometimes other labs might be useful or recommended. Because I cannot predict what these may be, it cannot be included in the cost.

  • Monthly Meta Oxy testing- if desired, this is offered at $40 a test. Shipped to you.
